Web Designer

The web designer is responsible for designing and creating the visual identity of a website. They work on defining the specifications: site structure, architecture and ergonomics, interactivity, development of the graphic charter, animation scripting...

They then create the necessary graphic elements (illustrations, banners, Flash animations...) to enhance the site and give it a visual identity. The web designer must master the many possibilities related to interactivity, which plays a predominant role in multimedia. They combine texts and images using their creativity to capture the attention of visitors.

They create web interfaces in line with the site's content (e-commerce, e-marketing, event mini-sites...) and must adapt to the evolution of multimedia products (creating sites for mobile phones, tablets...).

UX Designer

The rapid advancement of web-related technologies is leading to new qualifications for the web designer profession, particularly on tablets, smartphones, and connected objects. Indeed, web and application designers are increasingly taking into account new technologies such as touch navigation, portrait/landscape rotation on mobile devices, interactive action zones, vocalization...

User experience and the search for emotion in digital tools are now on the agenda. These designers must adapt these technologies to their various clients: e-commerce stores, mobile services, corporate sites... and know how to work together on a project. The UX designer (user experience design) aims to incorporate storytelling into a user experience to evoke emotion in the user; their role is therefore more strategic. They take into account the user's expectations and needs. They must make the site easy to find, accessible, trustworthy, easy to use, credible, and productive.

Community manager

Partly responsible for a brand's e-reputation, the community manager is a social media expert. They strive to create and animate an online community of internet users.

The community manager is an expert in the Internet and social networks. They master SEO software and search engines, the blogosphere of their domain, and forums. They have integrated the codes of their target audience to encourage exchanges and know how to analyze the results of their actions, which they must be able to present in writing or orally. The community manager enjoys interaction and is creative. They write with ease and humor when necessary. Being comfortable with social networks is not always enough. Marketing skills are increasingly sought after to ensure that their work reinforces the established strategy. The sense of pedagogy, to instill the culture of social networks internally to employees and managers, is also important.
